Jocelyn Duvall is the founder and president of the Forever Jewelz Foundation, an organization born from both deep personal loss and a passionate commitment to making a difference. After tragically losing her daughter, Jewelz, to Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC) on December 11 2024, Jocelyn transformed her grief into purpose, creating a space to support families impacted by infant loss and to raise awareness about NEC. With over a ten years of experience in the medical field, Jocelyn brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her advocacy work. Her professional background has given her a deep understanding of the healthcare system and the critical gaps in neonatal care and family support. Through the Forever Jewelz Foundation, she channels her expertise and heart into empowering other families, advancing education, and promoting research in honor of her baby and countless others affected by NEC. Jocelyn's mission is rooted in love, healing, and hope—ensuring that no family walks the path of infant loss alone.
Taylor Sanders, Vice President
Taylor Sanders serves as the Vice President of the Forever Jewelz Foundation, bringing over 10 years of experience in human resources and a deep commitment to supporting families through compassion, advocacy, and connection. With a background in people-focused work, Taylor plays a key role in building strong community relationships, overseeing volunteer coordination, and ensuring that the foundation’s programs are supportive, inclusive, and accessible. Her HR expertise allows her to create meaningful systems and structures that help the organization run smoothly while never losing sight of the people it serves. Taylor is passionate about creating safe spaces for families navigating infant loss and uses her skills to help the foundation grow in a thoughtful, sustainable way. Whether she’s supporting day-to-day operations, planning events, or working behind the scenes to keep the mission moving forward, Taylor leads with empathy and purpose—always honoring the legacy of the babies who inspire this work.
Jasmine Duvall, Treasurer
Jasmine Duvall serves as the Treasurer of the Forever Jewelz Foundation, bringing over 15 years of experience in administration and government contracting. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to integrity, Jasmine ensures that the foundation’s financial operations are transparent, organized, and aligned with its mission. With a strong background in managing budgets, contracts, and compliance, Jasmine helps maintain the foundation’s fiscal health while supporting its long-term goals. Her experience in structured, high-accountability environments allows her to bring a steady and reliable presence to the team. Jasmine is passionate about helping families heal and honoring the lives of babies lost too soon. Through her role, she makes sure every dollar is managed with care and intention—so the foundation can continue to grow, serve, and support families when they need it most.
JaNeice Gilbert, Secretary
JaNeice Gilbert serves as the Secretary of the Forever Jewelz Foundation, bringing over 40 years of combined experience in consulting, administration, and organizational support. With a career rooted in service and structure, JaNeice plays a key role in keeping the foundation organized, accountable, and mission focused. Her decades of experience have equipped her with a deep understanding of how to manage complex systems, support executive teams, and ensure that communication and documentation flow seamlessly. JaNeice’s consulting background also brings valuable insight to the foundation’s planning and decision-making processes. Known for her professionalism, compassion, and steady leadership, JaNeice is committed to supporting grieving families and helping the Forever Jewelz Foundation operate with excellence and care. Her work behind the scenes helps make sure every initiative runs smoothly—and every family feels seen, heard, and supported.
