Jocelyn Duvall, Founder, President

Jocelyn Duvall is the founder and president of the Forever Jewelz Foundation, an organization born from both deep personal loss and a passionate commitment to making a difference. After tragically losing her daughter, Jewelz, to Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC) on December 11 2024, Jocelyn transformed her grief into purpose, creating a space to support families impacted by infant loss and to raise awareness about NEC. With over a Eight years of experience in the medical field, Jocelyn brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her advocacy work. Her professional background has given her a deep understanding of the healthcare system and the critical gaps in neonatal care and family support. Through the Forever Jewelz Foundation, she channels her expertise and heart into empowering other families, advancing education, and promoting research in honor of her baby and countless others affected by NEC. Jocelyn's mission is rooted in love, healing, and hope—ensuring that no family walks the path of infant loss alone.

Kimberly Norris, Vice President

Kim Norris serves as Vice President of the Forever Jewelz Foundation, bringing a background in financial planning, client relations, and community based education, along with a genuine dedication to uplifting families through awareness and support. With experience balancing both technical and interpersonal work, Kim contributes to the foundation’s growth by helping strengthen community connections, supporting outreach efforts, and assisting in the development of programs that shine a light on Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC).

Her professional experience equips her with the ability to manage details thoughtfully, think strategically, and help guide initiatives that are both effective and sustainable. Kim is especially passionate about education and resource sharing, working to ensure families navigating the NICU experience have access to information, support, and a sense of community.

She is committed to helping foster an environment where families feel supported and understood during some of life’s most challenging moments. Whether helping coordinate initiatives, contributing to events, or supporting efforts behind the scenes, Kim approaches her role with intention and care to help carry forward Jewelz LaNeice Duvall’s legacy through meaningful and purpose driven work.

Jasmine Duvall, Treasurer

Jasmine Duvall serves as the Treasurer of the Forever Jewelz Foundation, bringing over 15 years of experience in administration and government contracting. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to integrity, Jasmine ensures that the foundation’s financial operations are transparent, organized, and aligned with its mission. With a strong background in managing budgets, contracts, and compliance, Jasmine helps maintain the foundation’s fiscal health while supporting its long-term goals. Her experience in structured, high-accountability environments allows her to bring a steady and reliable presence to the team. Jasmine is passionate about helping families heal and honoring the lives of babies lost too soon. Through her role, she makes sure every dollar is managed with care and intention—so the foundation can continue to grow, serve, and support families when they need it most.

JaNeice Gilbert, Secretary

JaNeice Gilbert serves as the Secretary of the Forever Jewelz Foundation, bringing over 40 years of combined experience in consulting, administration, and organizational support. With a career rooted in service and structure, JaNeice plays a key role in keeping the foundation organized, accountable, and mission focused. Her decades of experience have equipped her with a deep understanding of how to manage complex systems, support executive teams, and ensure that communication and documentation flow seamlessly. JaNeice’s consulting background also brings valuable insight to the foundation’s planning and decision-making processes. Known for her professionalism, compassion, and steady leadership, JaNeice is committed to supporting grieving families and helping the Forever Jewelz Foundation operate with excellence and care. Her work behind the scenes helps make sure every initiative runs smoothly—and every family feels seen, heard, and supported.
