~Bereaved Parent Awareness Month (July)~

 July is Bereaved Parents Awareness Month. 

This month, we honor every parent carrying the unimaginable weight of losing a child. Whether through pregnancy loss, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth, infant loss, NICU loss, SIDS, or the loss of a child at any age, your love does not end, and neither does your child's legacy. 

In the United States:

🕊️ Approximately 1 in 4 pregnancies ends in miscarriage.
🕊️ Nearly 21,000 babies are stillborn each year.
🕊️ Thousands of families also experience the heartbreaking loss of an infant or child each year, forever changing their lives.

Bereaved Parents Awareness Month exists to recognize all forms of child loss—including pregnancy, infant, and child loss—while creating space for grieving families to be seen, heard, and supported. It reminds us that grief has no timeline, every child matters, and every parent's love lasts forever.
